One-on-One consultations with Dr. White are scheduled up to 30 min and include a full record review of any of your own MRI/CAT/XRays/ CD’s etc. Records can be faxed to 843-388-5839.
We see new patients my appointment only in our Mt. Pleasant and West Columbia Offices.
Our offices are located at 1470 Ben Sawyer Blvd Suite 8, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464 and 909 Shull St. West Columbia, SC 29169.
Initial Consultations are $299. We accept all debit/credit cards. ***Due to a recent increase in No-Shows, Our policy is to give PREPAID PATIENTS Appointment Times PRIORITY over PAY-at-the-time-of-visit Patients Appointment Times.
Follow Up Visits are $185 and are paid at the time of visit.
If you have insurance (such as BCBS, United, etc) we are more than happy to provide you with the necessary reimbursement forms signed by Dr. White, (with the exception of Medicare/Medicaid since we opted-out).
***IMPORTANT***
(1). No Text / No shows carry a $99 fee. Please TEXT US (843) 696-3705 or (843) 693-9645 within 24 hours of your scheduled visit time if you need to cancel or reschedule.
(2) If you are a new patient, make sure to bring your records with you or have them sent to us 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. We will be glad to print them for you. If we don’t have your records at the time of your visit, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
(3) In the interest of responding to you as quickly as possible and because of the high volume of communication from existing patients, TEXTING/EMAILING is the best way to reach us. 🙂
(4). Finally, We would be glad to email you our New Patient Paperwork in advance so it will save you time in our waiting area.

We will be happy to assist you file for reimbursement with any insurance company (except Medicare and Medicaid) as we no longer accept any form of insurance.

Do you accept insurance?
We don’t accept personal insurance or medicare/medicaid; however, we will be happy to assist you file for reimbursement with your insurance company (except Medicare and Medicaid). We do accept workers’ compensation insurance (Please contact our Medical Case Manager, Kellen Smith at (843) 693-9645).
