Payment is due at the time of service.
We will be happy to assist you file for reimbursement with any insurance company (except Medicare and Medicaid) as we no longer accept any form of insurance.

Do you accept insurance?
We accept workers compensation Insurance, but we do not accept personal heath insurance. Payment is due at time of service. We will be happy to assist you file for reimbursement with your personal insurance company (except Medicare and Medicaid)
